Calming Body Oil Set for Mama + Baby
A wonderfully nourishing body oil for mother and baby made from high-quality natural oils derived from fruits and seeds. Dutch-brand Kenkô skincare has selected these oils based on their specific properties for babies, mothers, and mothers-to-be and added them in active concentrations for the best possible effect. These ingredients nourish and soothe the skin during pregnancy and the postpartum period and are gentle enough to care for the sensitive skin of newborns without being greasy or oily. Apply after showering, after bathing with your baby, or use to give your baby a relaxing massage.

The fragrance is not derived from a traditional perfume, but from a carefully curated selection of essential oils and natural ingredients. The perfumed oil for mothers is of the highest quality and is hand-made in the Netherlands from the very best natural and organic oils. The perfumed oil for babies is hypoallergenic. Incorporating a fragrance was a deliberate choice, as we feel it contributes to the overall experience. However, we always avoid the use of allergenic fragrances in our baby products. Our products also contain very low doses to prevent skin reactions.

You can pickup items ordered online at our shop during normal business hours. Just choose in-store pickup at checkout and we will notify you when it is ready for pickup.

All other deliveries within Denmark can be shipped by PostNord and can be sent to a nearby service center or directly to your home.
Europe and International Shipping
Due to COVID-19 delivery might not be possible to all locations, and there may be delays. Typical delivery times are 2–5 days within Europe and 3-10 days outside of Europe.
You have the right to return any product(s) you have purchased within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags and packaging. Please notify us of your intention to return the item by email (email@example.com or phone (+45 24 62 40 24). If you damage or make excessive wear to the item while inspecting it you may only be entitled to a partial refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For returns coming from outside of Denmark we may be able to create a return shipping label for you upon request. Otherwise, you are free to arrange your own return shipping and send to the address below. Be sure to include the packing list or order number reference. If we provide a return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund you are owed.

If you are shipping an item over DKK 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the amount of your refund owed less any applicable shipping costs. When your refund is processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size the easiest way is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item.
Defective or Damaged Items
