You can pickup items ordered online at our shop during normal business hours. Just choose in-store pickup at checkout with your preferred day and time and we will have it ready for you. We are closing our shop in Copenhagen so the last available day for in-store pickup is August 20th.

All other deliveries within Denmark can be shipped by PostNord and can be sent to a nearby service center or directly to your home.
Typical delivery times are 2–5 days within Europe.
You have the right to return any product(s) you have purchased within 14 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it with the original tags and packaging. Please notify us of your intention to return the item by email (email@example.com or phone (+45 24 62 40 24). If you damage or make excessive wear to the item while inspecting it you may only be entitled to a partial refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For returns coming from outside of Denmark we may be able to create a return shipping label for you upon request. Otherwise, you are free to arrange your own return shipping and send to the address below. Be sure to include the packing list or order number reference. If we provide a return label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund you are owed.

If you are shipping an item over DKK 500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the amount of your refund owed less any applicable shipping costs. When your refund is processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size the easiest way is to return the original item and place a separate order for the new item.
Defective or Damaged Items
You have a two-year legal guarantee for all goods you purchase from us during which you may use a number of remedies if the goods turn out to be defective or faulty. Please contact us by email (email@example.com) or phone (+45 24 62 40 24) so that we can help resolve your issue.
